MARCH 22, 2023 - OPENING OF THE ITALIAN RESTAURANT SEASONS.
This is a place where you can spend time comfortably and comfortably, as well as enjoy Roman pizza and other gastronomic masterpieces.
Roman pizza, unlike any other, is oval. Its main secret is an airy dough with a crispy crust and a delicate, lacy texture.
Roman pizza is prepared in two stages:
→ First of all, the dough is sent to the oven for a couple of minutes.
→ Next, sauce, cheese, fillings and pizza are added to the baked tortilla and sent back to the oven for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
The pizza turns out to be airy, crispy and very tender! Come and try our new items from the cafe menu.
